In game shop does not recognize you owning an item

Previously I purchased the unique finisher of Chayula's grasp, but it hasn't been working at all. I couldn't find where to equip it (Also, where should I do this, I couldn't find it under cosmetics?) so I forgot about it for awhile.

I was viewing the shop today and saw the divine hideout portal on sale, so I purchased it. When trying to look through other items I found the same item again and it still showed the coins on the buy label. Confused I tried to click it again, watching my coin total and it again subtracted it.

I ended up coming across the chayula's grasp effect, something I know I'd purchased, with the coin total on the label again. Thinking maybe the shop was just bugged I tried to purchase this one, something I knew I had and had seen in game go off at some point, but again I was charged.

Can you please fix this issue and also refund my account, much appreciated.
