Network problems in a map causing huge stuttering

I have no network problems normally.

I just entered a T15 Savannah map with Ritual and now my network is all over the place.
It is causing a huge amount of stuttering.
The F1 diagnostics show it jumping aorund wildly.

If I leave the map and go back to my hideout it imediately goes back down to a steady 4-8ms with no stuttering at all.

If I go back into the map, the network and stuttering is immediately back.

The next map had no issues.

Maybe it's an issue with the particular server the previous map was hosted on.

I grabbed that "Bug Report ID" while in the map with the issues, so hopefully it's got enough info to chase it down!
