Unstable ISP connection causing unplayable rubber banding

Fluctuating ping causes loss of control of character in the form of rubber banding. Changing the network settings from auto to predictive or to lockstep does nothing to remedy the issue like it does in poe 1. Network settings in the config being non-functional is not in the known issues list. Please fix.
