I need help my account was hacked

I was hacked on 02/01/2025 and so far I haven't even received a response from GGG, I need help, I'm not even calling several divs anymore, I lost my account, my email I managed to recover, I had already invested good money in the game and so far with no return. I understand that GGG must be full of email to answer but fuck it, I paid for the game, I invested in the game the minimum would be a timely response. Very frustrating, I want to quit and never come back... At this moment there is a totally unknown guy serving as a bot... My friends have already confirmed, I have already sent print emails and emails with evidence, but no response.

I understand you as well. I’ve been affected since 22/12/2024, and there are many others too. So far, there has been no response whatsoever.

I'm still waiting for a response about my account, still without even an answer, TOTAL DISREGARD FOR THE PLAYER WHO PAID FOR THE GAME, AGAIN I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE IS ENOUGH EMAIL TO ANSWER, SO HIRE MORE SIMPLE PEOPLE, NOW HAVING TO WAIT 3 WEEKS TO HAVE EVEN AN ANSWER IS AN UNPRECEDENTED INRESPONSIBILITY. I SIMPLY WANT TO RECOVER MY ACCOUNT TO LEAVE IT IN THE HANDS OF CRAZY AND QUIT THE GAME AND NEVER COME BACK.

SIMPLY 3 WEEKS TO REPLY AN EMAIL. EXPENSIVE THE SIZE OF THE LACK OF PREPARATION, NO COMPARISONS.

I received an email from GGG Support to verify my account information after 20 days (on 11/01/2025). After submitting the requested details, I haven't received any response since... It has now been 50 days, and my account is still locked. I hope we all get unlocked as soon as possible.
