Constant Loading Screens

Every time I log in I have about a 2 minute loading screen in-between every zone and action that requires a loading screen. The loading times are absolutely absurd. By comparison, my girlfriend has a new $800 gaming laptop vs my $2k+ gaming PC I build 3 years ago. She loads in a fraction of the time as me. I noticed is that the loading screens have gotten longer since the launch. Also, when I play for longer periods of time, such as an hour or more, the loading actually gets significantly faster. Instead of loading taking 2 minutes, it can be as fast as 10s. When my charts are up, I noticed my CPU is constantly maxed out. I am beginning to think that maybe PoE2 does not like lower thread CPUs. Even more frustrating to this, sometimes after a loading screen, the UI pops up, but the area is still showing the cogs of the loading screen. I can move around the area and things can attack me, but I cannot see anything other than names of people, items, or stash to click on.

CPU: Intel Core i5-9600k 3.70GHz (6 CPUs)
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT
Ram: 32GB Ram
HD: 1TB SSD
