BUG relating Reaper's Invocation

my game crashed twice while entering a tier 1 map, log said "Unexpected disconnection" or something like that, after I finally manage to get into the map (2 portals were lost because of the sudden disconnections) I notice my Reaper's invocation wasn't working. I check in the gem menu and it has not the cycling lights which indicates that its active. I right-click it but it just doesn't activates. No matter how much I right-click it, it won't activate.

Its not a matter of lacking spirit as I have way more than needed. I tried taking off this and all of my other spirit abilities but it's not fixing it. I tried to reset de game, reset PC but nothing. The ability appear to be potentially activated (no warning messages on the ability icon and bright colour) but it just doesn't. And its pissing because my gameplay was based in that gem.
