Act 2: Mastodon did not drop tusk

After the Mastodon fight in The Bone Pits act 2 the quest item Tusk did not drop.
worth noting, both the necromancer and the mastodon were slain with Killing Palm. other items did drop after it was killed. Bug Report ID: #3932912060 Last bumped on May 19, 2025, 6:31:21 PM

did you ever get passed this? i am also stuck on this 5 kills in

i did the other 2 item quests and when i turned the 2nd in it gave me the completed Horn of the Vastiri without ever having the mastodon horn in my inventory

Got same issue with Devouering diadem devouering one of the bosses making it not drop. Maybe the palm does smth similar or u just got diadem

Could be a bug related to order of kill. 1st attempt: I killed sorcerer first and the tusks did NOT drop. 2nd attempt: Killed the mastodon first and they did drop. Last edited by Beastbunny#3675 on Apr 11, 2025, 11:39:17 AM

Just happened to me multiple times in a row. Killing the humanoid boss first while wearing the devouring diadem is what was glitching it for me, once I took it off the item dropped
