mercanary gun jam

Gun jams and merc wont shoot, i have a loaded clip, i have mana, im pointing at the guy, i slam the mouse key over and over but nothing, the only way to fix it is to reload again, its incredibly aggrivating. I have yelled at my screen so many times "SHOOT" because he just wont shoot at the most critical moments. Im on a pc running windows 10, i have no mtx on my character. Its so frustrating that i dont even want to play my merc. I have reached out to support and they sent an email saying to post here.......



after reading known bugs, i think it could be from rolling around, i read in the know issues that you cant use skills while near an interactive element after rolling, i wonder if a moster is considered such an element, because this keeps happening so so many times !
