Crashing during Copper Citadel

Literally the first crash i have had ALL of the EA. Everytime I enter copper and get close to the boss room i just instant crash. Tried everything, lowered settings, to the absolute lowest, lowered fps caps, etc, crashed all 6 portals. Really depressing, was the last crisis fragment i needed for Pinnacle of flame, and just seem to be completely locked out due to a crash.
