Ritual Altar unclickable on Forge map

Forge map + sand worms.

Tried Detonate Dead as it seems the burrow enemy type can cause an issue but it's still not working here. I am assuming it's got to do with the layout or pathing.

Mouse is over altar and I am holding Alt. mini map shows Altar is unused.
