Audio Bug (hissing sound)

Hissing/buzzing noise when path of exile 2 is opened on PC. Stops when closed. Also stops when second connection isn't plugged into second monitor. Can anybody seem to come up with a solution to this problem? I am willing to pay a finders fee for this information to whom can help! @ $50. If this is too cheap let me know...

I have speakers (Home Audio System LBT-GPX55) that when connected through "speaker out" on the PC work perfectly normal through the red/white connection into 3.5mm jack on PC. As soon as I connect a 3.5mm jack from the red/white connection on the speakers into the 3.5mm audio line of another monitor the hissing starts. As soon as I close Path of Exile 2 the audio problem does not exist.

The audio in game is completely turned off and the hissing/buzzing continues.
