My paid for premium stash tab affinities stopped working

So i was playing fine one night then in a map i notice that i cant pick up any items randomly so i log out and log back in and im able to pick up items again but i also get the bug where re entering a waystone covers it with the fog of war at the sametime. then i go back to my stash after looting and realized that my affinites weren't activating for any items when they just where like 10 minutes ago i try turning them off and back on. I actually completely uninstalled and reinstalled the whole game which fixed the fog of war glitch, but my stash tab affinities still doesent work. no matter what i do i cant get my stash tab affinities to activate. pls fix soon this is costing me alot of time and i spent considerable amount of money to gain access to stash tab affinities lol. Were already on console competing with pc players in the economy we have so many disadvantages being on console and while the combat on controller for the most part(besides the looting) feels amazing the ui and inventory management leaves alot to be desired so these slowdowns are really killing me.

Gameplay wise controller feels decent but in terms of anything related to actions it feels much much worse than POE1. In my past experiences which is not much as I'm only a 2 league old player. GGG hasn't done much in terms of improving the console experience i.e actions or inventory management etc. Only if they bring mouse and keyboard support that can help a lot.

damm not a word after weeks not expecting it to be fixed or anything but i cant get a response? Ive been playing without stash affinities for weeks and again I payed money for this feature. Im ok with a lotta of the bugs because its early access and i understand that but if in your early access your going to sell an in game function it seems kinda important that that would work. technically half of the shop is a scam rn to me lol as i could purchase more stash tabs but they wouldn't work for me rn.

yes i have tried multiple times. I also have uninstalled and reinstalled and that didnt fix it either
