Item implicits, suffix, prefix etc question

Hi guys, i was trying to craft a mana flask with those two mods:
# charges per second
# increased charges

But as far as i can see this item does not exist on trade, can someone explain why? I don't really get the mods system on itens

Sice flasks can only be magic (blue) and not rare (yellow), they can only have one prefix and one suffix. The 2 mods you mentioned are both suffixes, so they can never both appear on the same flask. You can check all possible mods for all item types here:
