Character is gone- but came back and is gone again.

Here’s the rundown- made a sorceress, on Xbox- leveled her to 72. Linked my account to ky steam account so I could try and use the trade feature to get some gear needed for waystones. It also linked my previous poe account- Wasn’t able to message anyone seeking a trade. Trade feature seemed useless. I made an alt Ranger on the Poe account that the sorceress wasn’t on. Player for a bit Logged out, logged back in later and my sorceress is gone. I checked both accounts- she’s gone. I emailed ggg yesterday- no reply yet. I log back in today sorceress is gone. I checked both accounts - gone. I start looking for help online- I look at my game screen and the sorceress is there. Can’t recall if I hit a button on accident- but I don’t think so. I log in- then log back out to see which account she was on….. and now she’s gone again. It’s been 2 hours. This is crazy

I need help or I’ll be done with this game for sure. I’ll be done if I don’t find a way to access the website trade feature.

Any advice on what’s up or if there’s any trade site fixes for console?

Also- if I bought the POE2 on Xbox, do I have to buy the pc version to play it on pc? Cross progression is a thing I’d like to take advantage of. Some great options here GGG- just make them more efficient
