I can't Crossprogres...

So I played a while on PS5 and bought EA on Steam. Tried to merge accounts, but I have an error "You cannot add this login method to this account."

My brother did that the same way without any problems, so I'm really frustrated. It looks like I have 1 PoE Account with Sony connected and the other one with Steam connected, but can't merge them to play with cross progression...

Anybody can help me with that?

Yeah, I did contact You via E-mail almost a week ago, several times, no answer... Is there a way that somebody will help me with my issue?
