Bug with "Organised Forces" and Monsterlevel

So, i just started a T16 on a Bossmap and i have "Organised Forces" skilled.

On the Atlas it showed the boss-symbol and the irridated-symbol before starting the map.

After i went into the Map (Burial Bog), i got a Monsterlevel 80..

i pressed TAB and checked the Map stats on the right side, there were no +1 to Monsterlevel from the irridated.

the only league mechanic on the map was manuelly done with 7% delirious. other then that, nothing.

Double unlucky, because the 2 other T16 i have, are very bad rolled.

and yes, im 1000% sure it was a T16. just had 3 of them^^ the good one bugged lol

The skill doesn't work for me either. The infection symbol does not appear on boss maps, and the level of monsters does not increase.
