Currency exchange deleted currency

Bought 468 breach splinters with 1 divine to avoid the hassle of converting my divine orb to exalted orbs first. Order was completed and when I collected it, I received no breach splinters and also didn't get back a divine orb.

Inventory wasn't full.

Maybe something to do with the large amount? 300 splinters would automatically convert into a breachstone and 168 splinters would be left. Didn't receive anything.

(Playing on PS5 btw)

Tried it again and this time it was fine. Needed to collect order twice - first time it collected a breachstone and the second time it gave the remaining 150 splinters.

Still -1 div tho rip
