Added Passive via Distilling not working

Adding in a passive via distilling on Amu not showing uop in tooltip skill DPS. whereas if you apply passive normally (or hold shift on it) will show up on DPS of skill. Plus in game, in a map DPS stays same. The passive was "Killer Instincts" on Monk side (east of centr).
