Poor performance recently

11600k + 7900GRE and over past week or so my FPS has dropped drastically. This happened once before but tyhey cmae back to normal (120ish with 100ish drops on 3440). Currently I am running between 60-90 and getting drops close to 0. I have tried messing with settings on both video card and game but nothing really makes a difference. In game settings dont effect much, quality doesnt make a difference. I am not sure if it is something with steam syncing between my laptop and desktop (its a 13900hx 4080m laptop). changhing quality doesnty effect VRAM much - Gamee sits just around 3.7 - 3.8 of useage. I am at my witts end with this, and am ready to give the game up until it is fixed. It is unplayable in certain areas.
