My account is not linked properly. I cannot view the trade system for PoE2
For some reason my accounts are not linked up correctly. Your website doesn't understand that I am playing PoE2 and not 1. I can't access POE2 trades and my TWITCH rewards are not showing up on my game. How can I fix this? I need help.

Your best bet is to send an email to support and wait. There are hundreds of players with this same issue. Something weird in the character/account management on GGG's backend.
They also won't work account issues on the forums. They are most likely going to have to do some kind of mass update/fix or they are going to have to fix everyone's account 1 by 1. Either way, with the low chance of them even responding to your email right now due to the massive amounts of issues going on, it's safe to say that we will probably just have to wait until they use their words to let us know what's going on. Who knows when that will be. |

There's people with severe account issues waiting several weeks or months: All the while being put through fully manual, archaic multi-mail and multi-week/months "verification" processes akin to the 90's. Even in cases where the problem arises from GGG's systems, interfaces or errors on their end. While I understand that support is doing their best. Usually the problem (as ever so often) lies with management. It looks like management enforces archaic processes over the executive. Further multiplying the already incredible workloads by multiplying potential 1-mail resolutions by a factor of 5 to 20+. Absolutely ludicrous. Imagine paying hundreds or thousands of dollars for a service. To then be trolled and ghosted by mgmt and their stubborn, impractical processes for weeks or even months. Some people reported that manually relinking twitch in their poe2 profile to trigger/claim their rewards worked. At least for that part it might help in your case.
