new account holder playing PoE2 through steam having microtransaction issues

I have been wondering why my Twitch drop portal thing wasn't showing up in-game, it turns out that it's attached to an account I made to access this website (never played PoE before only made the account when my friend bought me PoE2 early access), and looking at my 'microtransactions' list on my account, it shows it attached to the account I made to access this website, and NOT the account I use to play the game, is there a way to either combine these, or transfer an item across to the account I actually use, or am I just S.O.L?
