Cant connect my Accounts

Hey GGG :)
I recently bought PoE2 for my Playstation 5, but after some time i thought it would also be a good idea to buy it on PC too. Little did i know that im unable to link both platforms. Maybe it dosent work, because i did an oopsie by logging in into my accounts and create a character, maybe not. I dont know. But i would be happy for any help :) This is the error message from the account management after i wanted to link them. "You cannot merge two accounts with the same login methods."
