Help! My account was banned in the chat channel without any warning.
I picked up a jewel and thought its attributes were good, so I posted it in the chat channel and priced it at 1D (in fact, its value exceeds 1D in the web marketplace). Then, one minute later, the system notified me that I was banned and would need over 50 hours to speak again. GGG, does this mean that as long as someone reports, I will definitely be banned? These reports are not subject to any judgment, and some reports are malicious!

I'm afraid we aren't able to comment on the forums on any particular moderation action. You'll need to contact our team at support@grindinggear.com for more information.
However, please be aware that it is not permitted to conduct trade in the general chat channels. There is a dedicated set of trade channels that are for the purpose of trading, so if you are looking to trade items or services this should be done using those dedicated trade channels. Repeatedly violating this would result in escalating mute durations each time you continue to disrupt the use of the general chat. If you wish to avoid this kind of moderation action, you would need to use the dedicated trade channels for the purpose of conducting trade, so that the general channels can be used for non-trade game discussion.
Alright! In fact, 80% of the content in the global channel consists of players bidding to sell the equipment they picked up. I don't think there's anything wrong with that. According to your statement, all 80% of those players should be banned.

As mentioned, these kinds of messages are not permitted in the general chat channels as that's what the trade channels exist for.
We aren't able to comment on any specific moderation actions that may be taken against other players' accounts, but it's very possible that many of those players are also receiving warnings or being muted for their messages. If you do find players acting inappropriately, please use the report feature so that our moderation team can investigate and take the appropriate action.
Thank you for your response. Can I understand that: if any trading-related statements are posted in the "trading channel," they are definitely allowed, even if someone makes a "malicious report"? If that's the case, I will try again after 50+ hours.
