CPU Utilization at loading screens causing complete computer freeze - requires manual hard reset

Hey GGG Team,

I can no longer play with a few of my friends as the game during loading screens is completely crashing their PC's due to CPU utilization spikes. They have to hard reset their machines manually as it locks everything up. Is there any headway on fixing this issue? There are tons of players that wont play in fear of frying their CPU.
