Bought product but it dissappeared

Hi, I bought a Key to Path Of Exile back in 2024 on Dec 20th and I played the game for a few days. Afterwards I moved and had to set up my PC again. I tried to log in again the other day after not playing for about 2 weeks and all of a sudden I don't have access to the game anymore...

I checked my steam redeem history and the key is still there but when I log into my account of this site it doesn't show my key anymore.
Can someone urgently please advise me what to do as I really really like the game and I want to continue playing as soon as possible.

Please note I have emailed support TWICE to which I have had no response at all and no attention to my issue.
