Been banned for a month with no explanation or help
About a month ago my account was locked with no explanation. I suspect it is because I did a partial refund of a supporter pack. I accidently spent $130 instead of $100 for the full supporter's pack.
Now my account says it is locked and to contact customer support. I have contacted them, and they always tell me they'll look into it, and never get back to me. It appears I'm being given a run-around. Pretty soon I'll be forced to report their business for fraud. You can't just ban somebody for a month with no explanation and not help when they contact your support. And before any of you Redditors claim "YoU ShOULdN'T HaVe CheATed": I didn't. I don't trade. " No disrespect to you, but if you guys have a backlog on customer service then why do you have automatic banning systems in place? It seems like due diligence should require you guys to review the legitimacy of your bans BEFORE they're handed out if the customer service turnaround time is so high. I personally really like this game, but you guys are really burning a bridge with me, and it makes me wonder how many other customers are being alienated in this way. If I were in your shoes, I'd let your superiors know about this situation. (Not mine in specific, but the problem with bans and customer service support.) |
