[Bug Report] Game crash during Breach : Inventory lost and quest count reset.

Hello,


1. I want to report a very serious bug i experiment yesterday evening around 11 pm.
I dont remember exact time.
I was mapping in a tier 10 hidden grotto layout.
After like 5-6 minutes my map is in completed state.
The catalyst quest : Complete Tier 10 is up by one from 2 to 3/8.
I have a breach remaining.
A few seconds after the breach started, game crash and froze.
I wait like a minute to check if the game unfroze.

I select exit to the character selection. No effect. Game is still frozen.
I wait like one more minute and then select exit to the log in screen.
I immediatly reconnect. I'm in my hideout.

a) My portal are gone.
b) My inventory is empty (!) and i've lost the whole loot from map.
I had discover a DIVINE orb in the map.
c) Catalyst quest count : Complete Tier 10 is down by one from 3 to 2/8. (!)
d) The game consider i've died. 10% xp lost.
Very painfull experience.

2. Also, very frequent lag and micro freeze during mapping and expecially on breach (Paris Server).
This issue is causing many unfair death and is also killing entire pleasure playing POE2.
You need to fix this very urgently.

Using my skills : lightning arrow, Lightning Rod, Orb of storms.

Getting same twice and lose more than 5 divs on it -_-

Seeing some of these posts from a few weeks ago and nothing has been done. What do we need to do to get their attention on this? It's all over the forums.

The second I cast spark, the instance crashes and I lose everything I picked up from the map and all the portals close.

Do bugs happen in EA? Yes
Are rollback the worst type of bugs for player experience? Yes
Do these things take time to fix? Yes

All I want is an acknowledgement from GGG that this is on their radar.
