Titan Grotto remains closed

I opened the Titan Grotto but did not enter. After I tp'ed out to town doing some other stuff I went back after 1 or 2 hours. the Grotto was closed. I'm not able to reopen it again. I also opened a new instance. I'm completely stuck here. :(
