Gas Grenade Explosion: Burning Strikes Annoint Not Working

The burning strikes annointment is not correctly adding any damage to the Gas Grenade explosion.

Per poe2db the gas grenade explosion is a 100% physical to fire conversion.

However as we know damage added as extra fire damage occurs before the conversion.

Either:
- the annointment is broken, and not adding damage correctly
- the conversion is bugged, and not adding damage correctly
- the damage is correct, but the sheet DPS is bugged, and not correctly showing damage (the sheet dps does not change with the annointment)

Adding that gain extra damage should be added before conversion. So the added phys should be adding before the conversion to fire.
