*game breaking* Locked out of skills after entering boss arena T10 maps

Hello was running multiple maps in a day and found a game breaking glitch when entering the Vaal Foundry map boss.

When entering the room it had prevented me from using galvantic shards/shockburst arrows and had prevented me from using them outside of the map after dying/resetting pc/reloading.

Would love to see a fix as I still am not able to play in WASD/Keyboard because these specific skills that I had specced into are not able to be used unless it's controller.

If anyone knows a solution/fix please comment I have been forced to play on controller because it is the only input that allows me to use these skills thank you
