Lost Endgame map boss skill point POE2

I lost a boss map boss skill book, in the endgame in T15. My inventory was full so I went to sell my items and restarted a map(like an idiot). so I can no longer tp in this area or claim it in anyway. Did you know if there is a way to recover it or if I will just drop it again. THX for the respond

I've also lost some skills points but due to one not dropping for my t17 map. I've done 15, 16, 17, and 18 but only have 6 points.

I used T15 book but it didn't give any skill points, any ideas on this?
