Can not log in after patch

when I try to log in it tell like this: Could not overwrite executable whit new patched sxscutable. Pleace make sure that PhatOfExile.exe ore PhatOfExile.tmp are not still running. If necessary, you may need to reboot your computer.
I havbe try to do this now several times and also look after this files but can not find them.
