Didn't receive additional keys

So I bought Wraeclast supporter pack. Everything is linked on my account but when I go to early access it says I don't have it and need to bribe a friend or purchase yet I can play.
On top of that I haven't received any of the additional access codes? Last bumped on Jan 7, 2025, 4:28:43 AM

To clarify, the website early access page shows your eligibility for the PC version of the early access. If you've purchased early access for console via one of the console Early Access Packs, you'll be able to play early access on that console.
Console Early Access Packs do not come with additional keys and are not advertised as coming with extra keys. Their price points are set with this in mind. I hope this helps to clarify things! |
