Waystone Lost in Delirium Interface

I just learned that you can use delirium on way stones so i added my waystone to the interface but decided against using it and back out this however disappeared both my waystone and the delerium and it was my last one so I can't re-open it.

Update: My friend traded me a delirium to reopen the UI and was able to reclaim my delirum and waystone that were stored in there. I think there should be some method of reopening that interface incase something like this happens again.
