Linked game to wrong PSN account

I purchased a game for my PS5 and encountered an issue when trying to link my PSN account to my account on https://www.pathofexile.com/. The game was linked to the wrong PSN account (I have multiple PSN accounts). When I clicked on the link in the confirmation email, there was no indication of which PSN account it would be linked to, and the linking occurred without any additional confirmation.

I understand that this issue can only be resolved by contacting support via email, but you haven’t been responding to my messages. I’ve sent you three emails over the past three weeks and have received no reply.

I’m struggling to understand your approach. I’ve essentially purchased the game twice, and it feels like I’ve wasted my money because I’m unable to play it on my PS5.

I contacted support at support@grindinggear.com again two weeks ago, as you recommended. Surprisingly, they replied and asked for my account name and the names of a few of my characters, which I provided immediately. However, I haven’t received any feedback since then. I even sent a follow-up email yesterday, but still no response.

I’ve supported the game twice, but it feels like I’ve wasted my money.

This is by far the worst customer support experience I’ve ever had. It’s been over a month, and you still haven’t resolved a simple issue.
