Account merge problems

I wrote to support@grindinggear.com 2 weeks ago, but they just asked for things that I already wrote in the first email and then never wrote back, so I'm not sure what to do now. I'm not sure if this is the right place to write, but support stopped answering or writing back.

My problem is that I created my account to be able to play POE2 early access, but something happened and I ended up with two accounts (one is a sub-account?). I think it might have been because I linked both Steam and Epic games, but I'm not sure. I have purchased the gold I needed in order to play POE2 in one of the accounts, but made my character in the other.

This looks like something that support@grindinggear.com can help with, but they are just not writing. No automated replies either, at some point I was wondering if they were receiving my emails at all.

Thank you @Sian_GGG, the lack of response to my emails, even automated one, was the thing the concerned me the most. I really think you should put some system behind support@grindinggear.com.

In that case I will wait, at least I can play my character.
