Bug on “the lost lute”

On the second round of act1 (cruel), I turned in “the lost lute” loot for the reward. Una tried to give me the book that would grant two skill points and I accidentally hit circle instead of square (on ps5pro). As such, the quest shows uncompleted but I no longer have the loot item to turn in and complete the quest. Ultimately, I’m now two passive points short.

I encountered this bug too. Quest is showing as incomplete.
