Did not recieved premiun from poe 1

I did not receive all the items that I had purchased in the previous game in poe1 and until now I realize that there are other accounts that did respect it. I thought they had to be purchased again but no, I had Premium stash currency and other things, my ID was Visperod in the other game and my ID in steam is efermost.
