the amount of times I've died to actual NON overtuned stupid mechanics that should be removed, on death effects..... for example, is zero the on death effects and random mobs off screen that one shot or a singular mob that is overtuned such as the hags with the whirpool, the crabs that shoot that are in packs of 10+ lmao, the purple bubbles on the floor from whatever the hell, etc. it wouldn't be too big of a deal if for one I didn't role and warrior with my armor doing near nothing at all, two if the map didn't get bricked if you die to bs like I mentioned, and third the xp loss on death. The xp loss wouldn't be too big of a problem if I were dying to boss mechs or my own mistakes cause then I deserve it. But its just little overtuned mobs and badly designed mechanics from the mobs. And finally the map modifiers.... the crit dmg from mobs is a bit overtuned for me atleast since my armor currently is doing near anything. Elemental weakness debuff aswell as elemental penetration are stupid artificial difficulty. Getting you're characters dps, aoe, etc. high is easy then you begin mowing through, health not going down and bang down to zero from offscreen..... now what.
(PS those who will comment on me rolling warrior saying "switch classes then LOL." I'm not doing the entire campaign over aswell as re-gear lmao just accept what I mentioned is bad design those who say that are all monks and sorcs not having problems cause the balance is pretty bad right now lol. Have you tried using Ice Strike and Herald of Ice/Thunder? Everything on the screen dies before it can kill you!! Hope this helps.
