Demonform still crashes after Patch 0.1.0e Hotfix 7

There is still an metadata error code that happens whilst in Demonform in trials of sekhema floor 4.

How to recreate bug (error code that crashes game):
1. Enter the GAUNTLET in Floor 4 of Trials of Sekhema
2. Step on time-bomb whilst in Demonform
3.Game crashes

Hotfix did not fix this crash, please look into this.
