A Theft Of Ivory is bugged

I had killed the boss at the end of the mission 4x and no tusks dropped I had tried reset at checkpoint tried leaving the act and coming back even finished all other quests but it still won't allow me to pick it up

I am also bugged and stuck on this quest

I had to: restart the game and make a new instance by ctrl clicking the waypoint then the Tusk was dropped after not dropping 3x without restarting the game.
