Locked Account
I’ve been locked out of my account for almost a week now and haven’t heard a thing from support, I understand everyone is busy playing catch up and everyone appreciates the effort while we all try to remain patient, but something has to be done about the way support handles these tickets. There’s people posting they’ve barely gotten a response back within a MONTH of writing their ticket, why is this acceptable? Why wasn’t the support system updated BEFORE the launch of PoE2? Surely something other than a Twitter post has to be done about this ?

Ya very discouraging getting locked out and not even being able to communicate, I emailed them initially and didn’t get an auto copy paste response so I don’t even know if my tickets are being delivered and I don’t wanna send another and push my requests to the bottom of the que. Is there any way these issues can be pushed to the appropriate team members ?
