Jiquani's Machinarium

Unable to interact with the soul core mechanisms to open the door to the treasure room.

I was able to interact earlier today, but had to log out and when I logged back in was unable to interact and access the treasure room.

I have 3 soul cores in my inventory and can access the boss room and the sanctum, but not the treasure room.

Considerably more time then 30 minutes has elapsed since I last attempted to open that door.

Just went back in today, on a different character and again could not access the soul core podium to get into the loot room, the podium worked just fine for Blackjaw and to proceed to the Sanctum.
