END GAME MAP BUG?

Poe2 From the burning monolith head north (I think it is north) and there is a lost tower that sits directly in front of mountains, that lost tower once completed open ups additional map (to the east should be a big body of water). From the lost tower before the one mentioned above (so closer to the burning monolith) there is a map called blooming field and when i click on it to do it nothing happens, the map prior to blooming field is green and completed. Anyone else have this problem? Is it a bug? Or am i missing something? Without completing that map i cant unlock any additional end game map space
