adjacent atlas nodes are not unlocking

see picture - both the boss node and the irradiated node did not unlock after completing adjacent atlas nodes

let me know if there is any other diagnostic information that can be sent :) the adjacent nodes were completed on my invoker 'turtlepig_iv' around 6:05 PM eastern time (11:05PM UTC)
