[False positive] Cast on minion death + Hexblast issue

Update: Not a bug. Don't forget to set the skill you socket to the same weapon set as cast on minion death. I didn't know this was a thing,i.e., that the spell would retain the weapon set even if socketed into a different one.

Cast on minion death + Hexblast was working yesterday.
