Refund

It's been over a week that I bought a cosmetic. The very moment y bought it, I tested it and didnt like the way it looks in actual gameplay. I wanted to reefund it so I could buy another. I sent an email to support support@grindinggear.com not just 5 minutes after. To this day I have not received any answer to that email.
