Ritual bugs if you die during encounter with additional bosses summoned by Maven

If you die during the fight with additional bosses summoned by Maven with Destructive Play and this fight is inside a ritual, this Ritual becomes unclickable even after you've killed every boss and monster. Happened to me twice already, not sure if it's linked with Omen of Return(had it both times)
