Assistance Needed for Locked Account with No Communication

My Path of Exile account (linked to my Steam account and appearing as CANOFBUBLY#8040 according to a friend) has been locked without any explanation. Upon attempting to log into the website to gather more information, I was only greeted with a generic "locked" message, with no indication of why this action was taken or how to resolve it.

I suspect this may be due to a retaliatory reporting brigade after I told scammers in chat to "shut up," though I have no concrete proof.

I’ve taken the following steps:

- Submitted emails to both the support and ban appeal addresses listed on the PoE website.
- Used a temporary account to access this site since the lock prevents browsing the forums, and on the site I have browsed other forum posts for information (as well as making this post).

However, I haven’t received a ticket number, confirmation email, or any acknowledgment that my issue is being processed—even after checking my spam folder. This lack of communication, combined with the inability to access even basic site features without creating a burner account, is incredibly frustrating.

I understand that the support team is likely dealing with a high volume of cases, and I appreciate the efforts of the individuals working on resolving issues. That said, the current automated support system feels archaic and leaves users like me in a state of limbo with no clarity or direction.

Could someone please advise on the best course of action to get this resolved? If a forum admin or community manager could assist in escalating this matter or providing additional insight, I would be immensely grateful.
