Game randomly locks up when loading between map locations

The game will hard lock up from time to time after I click on a waypoint and try to go to another way point. The entire computer and game will not respond. The only way to get of it is to press and hold the power button for 6 seconds and restart the computer. This happens typically 1-2 times a play session.

This is the only game that has ever done this and I play a lot of different games.

I would be happy to share any PC or log data you need to help identify the problem.
